Peak Meal Planning
Together we will create a meal plan that will help you reach your nutrition and/or weight loss goals. Meals and snacks will be planned out daily, along with a shopping list specific to your meal plan. (Typical planning session, 30 mins)
Peak Grocery Shopping Education
Together we will go through the store and talk about what areas to shop in, as well as what types of foods to shop for. (Typical Education session, 30 mins).
Peak Meal Prep
After items have been procured from the shopping list provided in the Meal Planning, I will show you how to prepare the food for quicker meal preparation and cooking during the week. (Typical session, 60 minutes)
NOTE: Here at Peak, we understand that not everyone has the same goals. We individualize each program to suit the specific goals of each client.
